Welcome to Bestcab London Airport Taxi (here “we”, “us”, “our”). This taxi terms & conditions governs your use of our taxi and airport transfer services in London and the booking of our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Definitions

  • “Booking” means your reservation for taxi or transfer services.
  • “Customer” refers to the person making the booking.
  • “Driver” means the person providing the taxi service.
  • “Vehicle” means the taxi, car, or minivan allocated for your trip.
  • “Meet-and-Greet” refers to a chauffeur greeting you with a name board.

Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a booking reference via email.
  • Please ensure all booking details are accurate.

Payment

  • Fares must be paid in full at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards.
  • Additional charges may apply for airport transfers.
  • Pricing may change if incorrect details are provided.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations up to 12 hours before pickup are fully refundable.
  • Late cancellations may incur charges.
  • No refunds for No-Show cases.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

Waiting Time

  • Complimentary waiting time is included for airport pickups.
  • Standard waiting time applies for private pickups.
  • Extra waiting time may be charged.

No-Show & Late Arrival

  • Failure to arrive on time may result in No-Show.
  • No refunds for No-Show bookings.
  • Extra charges may apply for delays.

Vehicle & Luggage

  • You must choose a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage.
  • The company reserves the right to change the vehicle type if necessary.
  • Excess luggage may incur additional charges or require a larger vehicle.

Passenger Conduct

  • All passengers must behave respectfully.
  • We may refuse service for violent, abusive, or intoxicated passengers.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

Liability & Insurance

  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, accidents, or flight changes.
  • Our liability for loss or damage is limited by law and/or the booking terms.
  • Vehicles and drivers are fully insured as required by UK law.

Amendments to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings (immediately) should be made as soon as possible.
  • Amendments are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Last-minute changes within 24 hours may not be accommodated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.
