  • You leave the pickup location without informing us
  • You cancel the booking after the driver has already arrived or been dispatched

Refund Process

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Standard processing time is 3-7 business days , depending on your bank or card provider
